The Walking Dead A New Frontier

Telltale Games’ episodic series are well known for their incredibly easy platinum trophies, and The Walking Dead: A New Frontier is no different. May saw the release of the fifth and final episode in the series, which put the characters in the spotlight and gave fans closure to a number of questions they had throughout the series.

As is the case with Telltale’s other episodic series, all players have to do to get the game’s platinum trophy is simply complete all the chapters in all of the game’s five episodes. No making certain decisions, no repeat playthroughs, just enjoy the game and the trophies will come your way. With A New Frontier coming in at about 10 hours total, it’s another easy platinum to add to your collection.

Rime

Rime takes players to a quiet, peaceful island filled with mysterious ruins and challenges them with exploring it, solving puzzles, and uncovering its secrets. Though it’s perhaps not as straightforward as A New Frontier’s trophy list, Rime still has a fairly easy haul for anyone willing to put some extra hours into collectibles.

Rime has 32 trophies including its platinum. Unfortunately, many of the actual trophy descriptions are riddles as to how you’re supposed to unlock them. Lucky for you, though, some people over at PlayStation Trophies have provided video guides, explanations, and everything else you need to know to unlock them in about 10 hours or so. Plus, when you actually know what you need to do and look out for, the platinum trophy is a relative cakewalk. Just take your time, fully explore the island, and dust off any remaining trophies with the help of video guides.

Seasons After Fall

Seasons after Fall Winter Emerges

Seasons After Fall may have been out for PC for quite a while now, but May 2017 finally brought it to the PS4, complete with an incredibly easy trophy list and platinum. The game puts players in control of a magical fox that just so happens to be able to change the seasons of the world at will. Players will have to use this ability to find ways to navigate the obstacles of the game’s beautifully-styled environments.

The game has 22 trophies which you’ll pretty much grab all of along the way through your adventure. As long as you make sure to find somewhere you can sleep in each of the different sections and keep an eye out for the collectibles, Seasons After Fall’s platinum trophy shouldn’t take you much longer than seven hours to grab.

Black & White Bushido

Top 4 Easiest PS4 Trophies and Platinums of May 2017

You likely have never even heard of Black & White Bushido up until now, but anyone seeking an incredibly easy platinum in under an hour should definitely check this game out. You’re put onto either the Light or Shadow team and then are tasked with killing the other players and/ or capturing the flag. Sounds like it could have one of those time-consuming trophy lists, but it most definitely doesn’t.

All 13 of Black & White Bushido’s trophies, including its platinum, can be picked off in about 30 minutes to an hour. You don’t even have to play online, either. If you’ve got a second controller, hook it up and you’ll be able to boost your way through the entire trophy list without a problem. Not a bad reward for an hour’s playtime.
