MONOLITH SOFT
DEVELOPERS THAT HAVE NEVER MADE A BAD GAME
Known recently for the development of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 on Switch, Xenoblade Chronicles X on Wii U, and Xenoblade Chronicles on Wii. Monolith Soft has been the king when it comes to creating huge, spectacular JRPG’s on Nintendo’s home consoles. The company hasn’t always been by Nintendo’s side; Monolith Soft was actually owned by Namco Bandai until 2007, where they were part of developing a few titles in the Xenosaga franchise as well as Baten Kaitos for the Nintendo GameCube.
Monolith Soft’s average review score on Metacritic sits at a positive 78 and with the company working side by side with Nintendo on future titles, we’re pretty sure that that score will be going up very soon, especially since their past three games have all been more than positively received.
