Call of Duty finally returned to its roots this year with WW2, and along with that came a dramatic campaign focusing on a group of American soldiers in the European Front. Josh Duhamel, who you’ve probably seen in Transformers, plays Tech Sergeant William Pierson, the leader of your squad. Pierson is a calculating and strict commander, down to the point of almost being a jerk at times. However, as the campaign plays out you see how much he truly cares for his men and why he acts the way he does.
Duhamel lends his gravitas to the character in WW2, giving Pierson that military air that the actor does so well. He’s one of the most memorable characters of the game and helps lead the charge countless times.
