Best Classes for Multiplayer in Mass Effect: Andromeda

mass effect

Mass Effect: Andromeda’s multiplayer portion allows you to start your adventure by choosing from six basic classes: Soldier, Vanguard, Engineer, Sentinel, Adept, and Infiltrator. If you’re looking to deal lots of damage to enemies, here are some builds that you can consider.

Vanguard: The Vanguard class excels at zipping around the battlefield quickly and using awesome Biotic powers to take down foes. Nova and Shockwave are the abilities you want to grab and focus on, as they’re great for handling crowds. As with all classes that rely heavily on their Tech and Biotic abilities, however, remember to keep your weight low so that you’re not held back by long cooldown periods.

Infiltrator: If you’re not a fan of the showy classes and you want to adopt a more stealthy approach to Mass Effect: Andromeda’s multiplayer, consider the Infiltrator class instead. Tactical Cloak lets you make a quick escape from a skirmish and get the drop on enemies if you need to. Upgrading abilities like Incinerate will also drastically increase your DPS.

Soldier: The Soldier is the most well-rounded class in Mass Effect: Andromeda, and it’s capable of tanking and dealing damage at the same time. Frag Grenade and Concussive Shot are great abilities to use against tougher shielded enemies, and the stun effect from Concussive Shot will open an enemy up to further shots from your teammates.
