Infinite Warfare Zombies: How to Pause Challenges From N3IL

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s Zombies in Spaceland mode has plenty of challenges that you can partake in. Your friendly robot, N3IL will give them to you to complete, and you’re expected to do a set amount of things within a time limit. These can be “get five headshots in a row” or “kill 10 zombies with grenades.” For a guide on how to first get these challenges, by the way, click here. These challenges not only give you tickets, but might also be pivotal for a certain Easter Egg in the game…

Sometimes, though, they aren’t possible to do in the time that you have. Certain missions might have you killing zombies only to not really have any zombies around you yet. For moments like these, it’s important to pause the challenge so you can still complete it in time. In order to do this, you simply have to walk up to N3IL where ever he’s roaming about. Hold down square if you’re on PS4 or X if you’re on Xbox One, and you will be able to pause the challenge to complete it when it’s more appropriate to do so.
