Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare – Saving Your Game

Recommended Videos

Saving your game is extremely important in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare as it allows you pick up your story progress from where you last left off without having to start all over from the beginning, which would be quite the hassle.

While Infinite Warfare doesn’t allow you to manually save your game, it does feature a checkpoint system, and will auto-save your progress each time you reach crucial points in the story. So whenever you want to stop playing, simply go into your options menu, and opt to quit to the main menu. When you want to resume your game, you can select the ‘Resume’ option from the main menu, and you’ll start from the last saved checkpoint. If you wish to restart from a certain checkpoint without quitting the game, the options menu also allows you to reload the last checkpoint you were at.

Now that you’re armed with the knowledge that you can safely quit your game without a manual save system and the fear of losing progress, your journey through outer space in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare should go a lot smoother from here on out.
