How to See Meteors Crashing in Fortnite Battle Royale

Recommended Videos

Well, after many weeks of speculation and plenty of rumors doing the rounds, Fortnite Battle Royale’s meteors have finally started to crash into the map. Don’t worry, this doesn’t seem to be the extent of the event, however, as the comet can still be seen sailing through space above. If you’re wondering why you can’t see meteors crashing in your game, though, here’s what you need to know.

Sadly, the meteors seem to be pretty inconsistent. They don’t show up in every game, and not everywhere is totally annihilated by them. You may see the odd one or two fly overhead and crash into a wall or leave a nice scorch mark on the ground, but Fortnite Battle Royale’s map isn’t being completely rained down on just yet.

To see them crashing into the map in Fortnite Battle Royale, it really is just a case of luck, just as was seeing one fly overhead in the past couple weeks. If we find out any more information on how to increase your chances of seeing meteors, common drop places, or anything else that will help you enjoy the beginning of this event, we’ll be sure to update this post and let you know.

And there you have all there is to know right now on how to see meteors in Fortnite Battle Royale. For more on the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
