More ferocious predators make an appearance.

Capcom has released an eight-minute long gameplay video for Monster Hunter: World, featuring the Rotten Vale location.

The Rotten Vale is an area filled with toxic gases and tough monsters. The video shows a hunter taking on a Radobaan, a monster that uses sticky tar to coat itself in the bones of dead monsters. For veterans of the series, the Radobaan bears a resemblance to the Uragaan.

Additionally, the battle is interrupted by yet another beast, the Odogaron. This predator looks similar to a feral canine and will attack any monster despite its size.

A final beta for the game will be held between Jan. 19 to Jan. 22. The beta will be open to all PS4 players and will not require PS Plus to play online. Unlike previous betas, players will be able to hunt the Nergigante, an elder dragon.

Monster Hunter: World will be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Jan. 26. The PC launch is set for Fall of this year.
