How to Get Darth Vader in Star Wars Battlefront 2

Recommended Videos

Star Wars Battlefront 2 has a bunch of heroes and villains for players to assume control of in its multiplayer offering. Of course, the iconic Sith Lord himself, Darth Vader, once again returns, bringing his powerful force attacks to the battlefield. Unfortunately, he won’t be available for you to use from the start, though.

In order to get Darth Vader in Star Wars Battlefront 2, you’ll need to accrue 15,000 credits. These are earned at the end of each match you play, in loot boxes, and also through completing challenges. It’s worth noting that these credits cannot be purchased directly with real money, though they can sometimes be earned indirectly as loot box rewards.

As such, chances are you’re going to have to simply grind and grind away at Battlefront 2 until you’ve earned the 15,000 credits you need to unlock Darth Vader. When you do have the necessary credits, you’ll want to go to the Collection screen from the main menu and select Darth Vader. Press X (A on Xbox One) to select him and then press it again to confirm your purchase. You’ll then be able to edit your Star Cards for all the classes and characters in the game here, as well.

That’s all you need to know to get Darth Vader in Star Wars Battlefront 2. For more on Star Wars Battlefront 2, be sure to check out our wiki.
