How to Sprint – Horizon Zero Dawn

Recommended Videos

Horizon Zero Dawn’s world is huge and filled with tons of dangers just waiting to give Aloy an untimely end. It’ll take you a ton of time to get across it by simply walking everywhere, so you’ll want to know how to sprint. It’s incredibly simple to do and can save you some time when you’re trying to get from point A to B. It’s also pretty convenient for when things turn sour in combat.

In order to sprint in Horizon Zero Dawn, all you need to do is press down on the left stick (L3). This will set Aloy off running. There’s nothing else you need to do now other than control where she goes. What’s more, there isn’t a stamina bar that depletes when you sprint either, so you can run for miles without having to stop for a break. Of course, making Aloy run isn’t the fastest way of getting around in Horizon Zero Dawn, so you’ll want to check out our guides for fast travel and how to get a mount, too.

That’s all you have to do to sprint in Horizon Zero Dawn. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to check out our comprehensive wiki guide.
