Fire Emblem Heroes: How to Use Special Attacks

Special Attacks – Fire Emblem Heroes

Recommended Videos

As you control your summoned heroes through countless battles in Fire Emblem Heroes, you may have noticed that your characters will occasionally pull off a special attack. Not only do these look pretty cool, but they’ll also, as you may have guessed, deal out far more damage than a normal attack. Here’s all you need to know about special attacks in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Luckily for players, you don’t actually have to use a special attack when one is charged up and available for you to use. Fire Emblem Heroes will let you know when one is ready to use with a little pink symbol next to that hero’s health bar. This allows you to hold onto the special attack and use it on enemies with more health. After all, you wouldn’t want to deal a ton of damage to an enemy with only 2 HP left, right? You’ll also want to take into account the enemy color your battling against. Using special attacks on an enemy that is weak to your hero’s color will allow you to maximize the damage dealt.

That’s all there is to know about special attacks in Fire Emblem Fates. For more tips, tricks, and guides on the game, be sure to check back with Twinfinite.
