Tip 2: Don’t Waste Stubs on Packs

This tip is less about making Stubs and more about not losing them, but it’s still worth pointing out. Buying packs is not a good use of your Stubs in MLB The Show 16. You may very well land a great player or piece of equipment and make it worth it, but more often than not, you’re going to be disappointed in what you got. Early on, you might want to grab a few, just to get some cards to use/sell, but it’s not a good move for the long term.
Think of it this way: Is it better to invest your money or take it to the casino? Sometimes sure, it actually might be better to take it to the casino if you score big, but eventually the house is going to win out. Instead, be patient and invest your Stubs wisely on the next tip.
