One of this week’s challenges in Fortnite tasks players with destroying cacti in the desert, searching ammo boxes in the Snow biome, and searching chests in the Aztec biome. This guide will run you through the best places to complete each of these, with screenshots and handy map locations for each.

Where to Destroy Cacti in the Desert – Fortnite Week 3 Challenge

Honestly, there’s no right or wrong place to destroy cacti in the desert, but our favorite spot was to head to the rough area marked on the map and shown in the screenshots down below.

This is a little quieter than other spots right by Paradise Palms, and there’s a good 20+ cacti here, making it easy for you to wrap stage 1 of this challenge up in just a couple games. We advise picking up a weapon, though, just in case you’re joined by other players.

Stage 2 of this challenge then requires you to search ammo boxes in the snow biome. There are a number of named locations you could head to in order to complete this. Frosty Flights is a solid option, but Happy Hamlet’s many houses tend to have at least two ammo boxes in each of them, making this an ideal place to head to.

The final stage of this challenge then tasks you with heading to the northeast section of Fortnite’s map to search chests in the Aztec biome. Our personal favorite spot for clearing this was in and around the volcano, as there’s plenty of chest spawns while keeping you away from the hustle and bustle of the named locations.

That’s all you need to know on where to destroy cacti in the desert, search ammo boxes in the snow biome, and search chests in Aztec biome in Fortnite. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to check out our ever-expanding Fortnite Season 8 guide wiki.
