The company has been steadily moving most of their major titles to the Switch, slowly bolstering the system’s growing library. Nintendo has been teasing other exclusive titles for the Switch, including Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Metroid, and even Bayonetta 3.
Another thing to note is that most of their brands are family-friendly, meaning anyone can enjoy them. General consumers, especially those who have families, are more inclined to buy games that everyone can play. That said, Nintendo has been trying to branch out lately by diversifying their library with more mature titles. The appeal to both the casual audience and hardcore gamers is one reason why a lot of people are picking up the Nintendo Switch.
