Sims 4 Cats & Dogs: Run Away Pets, How to Get Them Back

How to Get a Run Away Pet to Come Back in The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs

Recommended Videos

The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs allows your sims to live through the happiest moments of owning a furry companion. However, it also comes with a lot of the sadness. Your cats and dogs can run away. Sometimes, they’ll do it randomly and out of the blue. You’ll get a message that they’re running away and they’ll run off the lot. This can be pretty scary, so here’s how to get them back.

First and foremost, you needn’t worry. If your pet runs away, they will eventually come back after some days. Your sims that were close to the pet will feel sad during this time, but EA and Maxis didn’t decide to make a horrific situation possible. However, you can speed up the process by clicking on a computer and posting about your pet’s disappearance. This will speed it up a bit, as the whole town will be on alert for your adventurous fur ball.

It’s just a neat, little realistic thing that the game decided to include for our playthroughs. If you need any more help with The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs, be sure to leave a comment down below and let us know!
