Fire Emblem Echoes: How to Revive Dead Units

How to Revive Dead Units in Fire Emblem Echoes

Recommended Videos

Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia can be a challenging game, especially if you’ve set the difficulty mode to Hard and have the game on Classic Mode, meaning characters stay dead. Luckily, Echoes does give you a tiny bit of leeway with characters that have died in battle, giving you a chance to bring them back from death.

There’s only one way to revive a character in Fire Emblem Echoes, and that’s by making use of a Golden Sacred Shrine. You’ll find Sacred Shrines in general, with the general stone ones giving whichever character you want a permanent stat boost.  Golden Sacred Shrines are much rarer, however, and only appear in dungeons later in the game. All the dungeons featured in Act 4 contain a Golden Sacred Shrine, including Fear Mountain. You’ll need to explore the late-game dungeons in order to find these bastions, but once you do you can interact with the shrine to bring a deceased character back to life. Keep in mind these shrines have limited uses, so you’ll really want to be keeping as many characters alive at all times as possible.
