Meet the Party
Final Fantasy XV has a main party of four heroes, Noctis and his three closest friends. Noctis is the crown prince of the Kingdom of Lucis, and the heir apparent to the throne.
Ignis is his adviser, who’s been by his side for most of his life helping and taking care of him. He’s also the tactical brains of the group, with his specialty being cooking. Gladio, on the other hand, is Noctis’ bodyguard and his survival abilities help keep the group safe. He’s a brusque character who isn’t afraid to say what needs to be said.
Then finally you have Prompto, the only character of the group who doesn’t have some tie to the royal family. Prompto is a commoner, but has been Noctis’ best friend since they were teenagers. He feels a bit out of place at times, but does his best to carry his own weight and keep everyone’s spirits up. He functions a bit as the comic relief, and chronicles the journey by taking pictures.
