You’ve survived Night 1 of Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 and proved that you can conquer the creeping fear of Freddy and his friends. Night 2 kicked it up a notch by adding the need to deal with multiple threats at once. Night 3 follows in the footsteps of the previous night by requiring the player to constantly check all four sections of the room. The major change between Night 2 and 3 is the fact that everything happens at an even much faster pace.
Foxy can appear at either the left or the right door, and if you’re fast enough you can stop this particular animatronic from entering the room. If you don’t manage to shut the door in time then Foxy will enter the closet and appear as a stuffed animal, just like the Freddy found on the bed. Checking the closet after this will either reveal the toy or Foxy’s snout at which point you need to quickly shut the door. Count out a few seconds then peek again to see if the coast is clear so that you can move on (because you will need to move on).
Don’t become too complacent though, you still have to deal with Bonnie and Chica at the left and right doors respectively. And there is the Freddy on the bed to keep in mind. You may notice that you will turn and see more than one of the more demon like Freddies on the bed. The more you see, then the closer the actual huge Freddy is to appearing. Your flashlight will scare them away buying you more time, but if you forget even once while rotating then you may as well get ready to restart the night because he will appear, and he will most certainly kill you.
Other than that there is really nothing new to be worried about. Keep listening and moving. Make sure not to rush when it’s time to hold a door, but also don’t release it too quickly. By now you should have fallen into a comfortable pattern that makes Night 3 in Friday Nights at Freddy’s 4 a bit easier than the night before.
Stay vigilant, and good luck.
