New Character Sojourn, Junker Queen, & More in Overwatch 2

We’ll cut to the chase; there have been two new heroes announced for Overwatch 2, and they are Sojourn and Junker Queen. Soujourn is a DPS character with a really fun kit to check out, and is quickly proving to be a great character to start with even if you’re new to the DPS role.

On the flip side, we also have Junker Queen, who was announced during Summer Game Fest 2022. This badass-looking hero is set to be a tank character, and as the ruler of the junkyard, fans can probably expect to see her have multiple run-ins with Junkrat himself.

During the Overwatch 2: Reveal Event on June 16, 2022, it was also revealed that a support character and a new tank hero would be coming, and that the info would be revealed later this year. New heroes will also be coming in 2023, which should be no surprise to anyone that has played the series before.
