WWE 2K16: How to Get VC Fast

This article is over 8 years old and may contain outdated information

There are two different currencies in WWE 2K16- SC and VC. VC, or Virtual Currency, is easy enough to get, but it just might take you a while to really start raking it in. Luckily, there is a way to bring it in at a much faster rate.

The first thing you need to know is that the amount of VC you get from a match doesn’t change whether you win or lose. With that in mind, there’s a handy trick you can do to have good ol’ Vince McMahon writing you those sweet VC checks much faster than usual.

One thing that’s worth taking note of before we get into the real trick to getting VC fast is the different amount of VC that you’ll get depending on your status within the WWE world. If you’re just fighting your way up to becoming the NXT Champion, then you’re going to get about 1250 VC per match whether you win or lose. However, once you become the NXT Champion and are on the main roster, this amount will double.

With that in mind, it’s a good idea to try and become the NXT Champion before you try out this little trick to make the most of the process. All you have to do is simply start a match and quit out. Because quitting is counted as a loss by the game, you’ll still have the ability to claim your VC winnings… or losses? You should see the option to ‘Quit with VC’ and as long as you do go ahead and back out to get that sweet currency.

You can do this about eight to 10 times every 10 minutes, so you’ll rack up about 120,000- 150,000 every hour that you do it. It’s a slow, slow grind to reach the 935,000 VC you need to unlock all of the managers for that bronze trophy in WWE 2K16, but it’ll make it a heck of a lot faster than doing it the normal way.
