Nintendo Switch eShop

Earlier today, a keen-eyed Redditor noticed that the Nintendo Switch has added a Most Played section at the bottom of the Featured tab in the eShop. Each of these tells players what the software with the highest average playtime over the last two weeks is for each region.

The US list of the Nintendo Switch’s Most Played section features some interesting ones, with Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny topping the list and the AAA Clock coming in at a surprising #3. We’ve listed the top 10 currently for the US right down below:

  1. Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny
  2. Football Manager Touch 2022
  3. AAA Clock
  4. Pokémon Brilliant Diamond
  5. Pokémon Shining Pearl
  6. Garden Paws
  7. Grow: Song of the Evertree
  8. Shin Megami Tensei V
  9. YouTube
  10. Dragon Quest Builders 2

Other notable absences from the US version of the Nintendo Switch eShop, which features the top 98 pieces of software, included Smash Bros. Ultimate and Splatoon. It is also worth noting that in order to make this list, software must have been played by at least 2500 active players within the last two weeks.

You can check out the full current list for your region by going onto the eShop and searching through the Featured tab. Be sure to let us know if there are any substantial differences for your region in the comments section.
