Spending Vitality in Tower of Fantasy

Vitality is a resource in Tower of Fantasy that will charge up over time. For Genshin Impact players, think of it as a sort of equivalent to Resin in that game, where you can spend it to take part in various activities. After progressing through the story and defending the Shelter from the ravagers, you’ll soon gain access to other PvE content like Joint Operations that will require Vitality.

  1. Progress through the story until you beat the arena matches and shut down the first tower.

  2. Tap on the icon with the two swords in the top right corner.

  3. Tap on the Select tab.

  4. Once you reach level 20, you’ll be able to take part in new multiplayer activities that require Vitality.

Participating in multiplayer content is a great way to level up and gain tons of valuable resources required to strengthen your weapons, and you’ll also be rewarded for doing those as part of your daily routine. We definitely recommend taking part in these whenever your Vitality is capped out because of that.

That’s all you need to know about how to spend Vitality in Tower of Fantasy. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game, including our comprehensive reroll guide, weapon tier list, and a breakdown of the gacha system.
