Most vampire fans will be more than familiar with the Underworld movie series, and the Masquerade Bloodlines has a similar feel to the franchise in more than a few ways. This mod replaces the female player clan Brujah for Selene from the movie Underworld.
It’s a simple mod that doesn’t change anything other than simply reskinning Brujah’s model, but it’s definitely cool fan service. Now, if only there were some Lycans to go and slay!

If you’ve ever wanted more character options, then this is the mod for you. What’s more, it doesn’t just add random character models; any of the game’s notable NPCs can be played with this mod. This includes Sabbat Henchman, Goth Girl, Jeanette, and even Doris.
What we will say is that, as always, you’ll want to refer to the instructions and forum posts to help install this mod. It can be a little tricky.

This mod is absolutely essential. It’s called the ‘Unofficial Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines Patch’ and it is a cumulative install that adds virtually every performance improvement and update you’d want. It fixes multiple bugs, adds minor tweaks, and lots of content.
Elsewhere, it makes several quality of life improvements, including widescreen support. We couldn’t recommend this one enough.

There are dozens of different shader mods for the game out there, but we really like the cyberpunk-style aesthetic that this mod goes for. It really suits Bloodlines’ dystopian themes, and it also helps to bring the visuals up to date. In combination with the HD ground textures mod on the next page, the game looks much less dated.
The mod is simple to install and should be compatible with others on this list.

If you’re as excited about Bloodlines 2 as we are then you might find yourself wanting to go back and reinstall the original as a warm-up. But there’s no getting away from the fact that it’s an old game with a pretty tired aesthetic.
This HD texture pack overhauls the game’s ground textures in HD, and it looks brilliant. Just remember it’s a work in progress, so follow the instructions carefully. It’s absolutely worth the effort installing though as it makes a tremendous difference to the overall aesthetic of the game.
