Finding and Catching Piplup in Pokemon GO
The best way to get Piplup is to use an incense and then head to a PokeStop and activate a Lure on it.
Both of these items increase the number of Pokemon in your surrounding area, and Piplup in particular has a high chance of spawning when these are active.
If you don’t have any Incense or Lures that you can use to help you catch Piplup, you’ll instead want to head to bodies of water such as water parks, rivers and lakes. Why? Well, Piplup is a water-type Pokemon, so it makes sense it’d find a home in a watery area like these.
Piplup Evolutions
Once you’ve got a Piplup you can evolve it into Prinplup with 25 Candy. You can then evolve your Prinplup into Emporeum with 100 Candy, but remember you need these Pokemon’s specific candy, so you’ll need to catch more Piplups or walk with this Pokemon as your best friend.
