How to Get Exotic Artifacts in Avengers Game

The in-game description for artifacts refers to them as “specialty gear items with unique and high-quality perks,” with exotic artifacts offering a flat boost to your hero’s power in addition to some unique qualities.

During Twinfinite’s playthrough of the game’s campaign, we encountered two Exotic Artifacts: the Sacred Norn Stone of Lethal Will, and the Tactigon.

The Sacred Norn Stone of Lethal Will is given to you right before you start The Ant Hill mission. Just go and speak with Theo and he’ll give it to you.

As for the Tactigon, it’s a reward for beating Avengers’ campaign, so all you need to do is continue playing through the game.

In fact, that’s essentially the case for both Exotic Artifacts. As of right now, we don’t know of any exotics that you can find off the beaten track of the main campaign, but we’ll keep this post updated if we do find any.

Presumably, Crystal Dynamics will be adding many more in the coming weeks as part of its live service support.

What we can tell you is that Exotic Artifacts can be power boosted just like any other gear item. They require a rarer resource called Polychoron, which is obtained from Faction Assignments. You’ll need eight Polychorons to boost an exotic.

That’s everything you should need to know about how to get Exotic Artifacts in Marvel’s Avengers. For more useful tips and information on the game, be sure to check out Twinfinite’s extensive guide wiki.
