How to Base Jump & Use Parachute in Ghost Recon Breakpoint

Before you go out and start jumping out of helicopters, you will need to first unlock the parachute item which is obtained early on in the campaign.

To get it, you just need to unlock it from the skills menu. From there, go to the basics section and you will see the parachute as one of the upgrade options.

How to Parachute From a Helicopter

When you have the parachute unlocked, you will be able to now jump out of a helicopter, safely.

You will see a button prompt to exit the helicopter and another button to actually use the parachute. Here’s a handy chart for those controls.

How to Base Jump

Now, to base jump off a high point works a little bit differently. After you find a spot to base jump from, you just have to hold the X button (A on Xbox One) and then press the same button again to get the parachute out.
