How to Get to Xur in Destiny 2

Recommended Videos

Everyone guardian loves exotics, and that’s why everyone also loves Agent of the Nine, Xur. This traveling salesman has a bunch of exotic weapons and gear each week for players to buy. The only catch is, he can be hidden away in any of the public spaces in Destiny 2 and he’ll move about each and every Friday that he appears. That means you’ll have to search all of Earth, Nessus, Io, and Titan if you want to find him. As such, we recommend getting a group of friends together and searching one planet each. That way, you can call out if you find him and save each other a bunch of time.

Unfortunately, Xur won’t be showing up this Friday (Sept. 8). You’ll have to wait until Sept. 15 to spend those Legendary Shards you’ve been saying. With Xur’s location being so tricky to predict, we’ll be documenting each and every week where abouts you can find him in the world of Destiny 2, so make sure to check back with us.

Destiny 2 is available now on Xbox One and PS4, and a PC version will be arriving in October. For more tips, tricks, and information on the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
