Assassin’s Creed Odyssey: How to Get Naval Quests

How to Get Naval Quests in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

Recommended Videos

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey continues to bring big change to the series. Change that was instigated by Origins in 2017. The game doubles down on RPG aspects, introducing player choice, romance, and the ability to play as a male or female protagonist. Of course, there are plenty of different quest and activities to undertake. There’s enough to do on land alone, but the game will also let you undertake naval quests. Of course, you might be wondering just how to find these, so here’s how to get naval quests in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

Every town in the game will have an icon that looks like three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other. This is the message board where you’ll find different bounties and contracts you can pick up. Just open up your map, look for the icon, and set a waypoint.

The message board is where you’ll need to go to get naval quests within the game. This appears as sort of a board on a statue in major towns. It’s noted by an icon that’s three horizontal bars.

Alternatively, your actual ship itself will have a message board that you can get naval quests from in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

Naval combat is another aspect of the game that’s received quite a few changes. Considering the game’s Ancient Greece setting your weapons are a little more limited. You’re also able to recruit various NPCs as Lieutenants on your ship, giving you a more personalized crew.

Or, you know, you can just cleave on right through your enemies. Whatever.

Now that you’ve learned how to get naval quests, board that ship and take the fight to the high seas.

That’s all that you need to know about how to get naval quests in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. For even more tips and guides, make sure to take a look at our Assassin’s Creed Odyssey wiki.
