Voice Actors of Spider-Man PS4’s Voice Cast

Yuri Lowenthal – Peter Parker/Spider-Man

Playing two characters in one, both of which could be considered the protagonist, is Yuri Lowenthal. Spider-Man PS4’s story is more emotional than many expected, so it’s a joy to play as Peter. Lowenthal has played characters on the small screen animation, both Japanese (English Versions) and Western. In terms of video games, you may recognize his voice as Marth from the Fire Emblem series, Davis in Titanfall 2, Danny Sullivan in Fallout 4, Nikola Tesla in The Order: 1886, and the male protagonists in Insomniac’s other open world exclusive, Sunset Overdrive. Voice actors.

Laura Bailey – Mary Jane Watson

Laura Bailey is one of the best and most well-known video game voice actors around. You’ll no doubt know her as Nadine Ross in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Catwoman in Telltale’s Batman series, Kait Diaz in Gears of War, and Fetch in Infamous: Second Son. She plays MJ, Spider-Man long-time love interest, in the game.

Stephen Oyoung – Martin Li / Mister Negative

While Stephen Oyoung isn’t unfamiliar with video games, having played Nord in The Elder Scrolls Online and Zabrak Jedi in Star Wars: The Old Republic, most of his work comes in TV shows as agents of some kind. He’s appeared in How to Get Away With Murder, NCIS: Los Angeles, and Scandal. He is the voice of Martin Li/Mister Negative in Spider-Man.

Dwight Schultz – Vulture

Michael Keaton doesn’t return to play the Vulture once again, after Homecoming, but that’s not a surprise. Dwight Schultz is arguably best known for his work on Star Wars: First Contact, but he’s played characters in a lot of well-known games. He is Wilhelm ‘Deathshead’ Strasse in Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, Jaroth / Navigator Pressly in Mass Effect 2, and even Vulture in the 2002 Spider-Man game.

Scott Porter – Harry Osborn

As another superstar voice actor, you’ll know Scott Porter as Colt Cruise in Madden’s Longshot mode over the last two years, Nightwing in Batman: Arkham Knight, and Peter Quill in Telltale’s Guardians of the Galaxy. However, you may also know him as Rex Racer in the cult favorite movie, Speed Racer.

Erika Lindbeck – Black Cat

The games that you’ll notice Erica Lindbeck from are English version of JRPGs over the last couple of years. As Anemone in NieR: Automata, Celica in Fire Emblem Warriors, and Futaba Sakura in Persona 5, JRPGs seems to be her area of expertise. Even at just 26 years old, she’s not inexperienced elsewhere either, but Spider-Man might be her biggest AAA Western game role.

Tara Platt – Yuri Watanabe

While Tara Platt has appeared in video games such as Dynasty Warriors 7, and Western TV shows, but most of her works comes in English version of anime. She’s lent her voice to Hyperdimension Neptunia, Naruto: Shippûden, and RWBY. She plays Yuri Watanabe in Spider-Man, the police detective you work closely with throughout.

Travis Willingham – Wilson Fisk

You’ll meet Wilson Fisk early in Spider-Man, but he looks nothing like the actor who plays him. Travis Willingham looks more like some of his other characters, such as Harvey Dent in Telltale’s Batman, Paul ‘De Pleur’ Harmon in Far Cry 4, Jul ‘Mdama in the Halo games.

William Salyers – Otto Octavius

Otto Octavius is another character you meet early in Spider-Man, as he’s your boss at Peter’s day job, but he doesn’t stay the same throughout. No matter how his character acts, however, Dr. Octavius is played by William Salyers who is very familiar with voice superhero characters, and not just Otto. Across many different mediums, he has played The Penguin, Hugo Strange, Truman Marsh. He has also featured in the Mass Effect series and Dynasty Warriors 9.

Darin De Paul – J. Jonah Jameson

You don’t see a whole lot of J. Jonah Jameson in Spider-Man, but you hear his voice over the radio a lot. He’s appeared in a lot of Spidey stories, but he is played by Darin De Paul in Insomniac’s game. Right of the bad, you’ll know him as Reinhardt in Overwatch, above anything else, but you might also recognise his voice from Ardyn Izunia in Final Fantasy XV and Emperor Calus in Destiny 2.

Nancy Linari – May Parker

With many of the characters wearing suits or masks in Spider-Man, it’s a little strange to see a character and actor look so alike. She even played a small role in the Academy Award winning The Social Network.

Howard in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Call of Duty: WWII respectively, most of his work has come on the big and small screens. He has performed in Iron Man Criminal Minds, and The Rookie. He plays Jefferson Davis in Spider-Man.

Nadji Jeter – Miles Morales

In Spider-Man history, Miles Morales is just as important as Peter Parker, since he is also the web-slinger himself. In Insomniac’s game, he is played by Nadji Jeter, who you may know as Andre Mckenzie in the Grown Ups movies, or as Sam in the masterpiece that is Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us.

Jacqueline Pinol – Rio Morales

Miles’ mother, Rio Morales, is played by Jacqueline Pinol, who you may know from Dr. Sofia Amaral in the Xbox One exclusive, Quantum Break, but most of her acting work has come on TV shows such as Bosch, Criminal Minds, The Mentalist, and CSI: NY.

Nichole Elise – Silver Sable

Being a stage actor and voice over artist, and having just five credits to her name on IMDb, Nichole Elise is one of the less experienced video game voice actors in Spider-Man’s cast. She has played Tiffany/Stephanie McMahon/Nikki Bella in the 2011 version of WWE Smackdown vs. Raw, however. Maybe we’ll see more of her in the near future, now that she is Silver Sable in Insomniac’s game.

Corey Jones – Tombstone

While Corey Jones isn’t credited on many games, they have appeared as small, un-named character’s in Infamous: Second Son, as well as Spider-Man.

He’s appeared in Young Sheldon, Black-ish, and Fuller House. He’s also appeared in Atlantis: The Lost Empire and the terrible spoof movie, Meet the Spartans, on the silver screen.

Josh Keaton – Electro

No, Josh Keaton isn’t another member of the Keaton family to appear in something Spider-Man related after Homecoming. Instead, he’s a very experienced voice actor. A lot of his work has come in TV animation, but you may also know him as Avad in Horizon Zero Dawn, Howler in Dishonored 2, and Anduin Wrynn in Hearthstone.

Fred Tatasciore – Rhino

Fred Tatasciore is another high profile video game voice actor who is working on Spider-Man. You’ll no doubt know his voice, since he has played Xur in Destiny 2, Bane in Injustice 2, Captain Tai Lastimosa in Titanfall 2, and Damon Baird in Gears of War 4. He even played Samuel L. Jackson in Team America.

Jason Spisak – Scorpion

He plays Scorpion in Insomniac’s game, as he has done in Spider-Man on TV.

Short Order Cook – Stan Lee

You probably don’t need telling who the Short Order Cook is a couple of hours into Spider-Man PS4. Just as he does in all the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, Stan Lee, the creator of many Marvel characters, makes a small cameo in Insomniac’s game. He’s only on screen for a lingering second, for one line, but he’s difficult to miss. Voice actors.

That does it for the voice actors of Spider-Man PS4’s voice cast! Who were you able to recognize, yourself?
