All Free PS Plus Games in 2019

Here are all free PS Plus games in 2019 that have released so far.

PlayStation Plus (PS Plus) might be the subscription service you need to sign up to in order to play your games online on PS4, but it’s more than just that. Throw in saved data backups to the cloud and some cheeky additional discounts on the PlayStation Store, and the fact that you get at least three free games a month, and it’s a no-brainer.

All Free PS Plus Games in 2019

Steep

Arguably the headline title of January’s free PS Plus games to kick-off 2019, Ubisoft’s Steep gives you an enormous mountain range, a plethora of challenges, and a bunch of ways to make your way down to the bottom.

Be it parachute, wingsuit, skiing, or snowboarding, you’ll be able to compete in challenges, make your mark on online leaderboards, and take in the snowy action.

Portal Knights

Portal Knights is an enjoyable co-op action RPG that sees players creating and leveling up a character, crafting a variety of unique weapons, and taking down formidable creatures.

It’s also got a cutesy, cartoon visual style, which certainly helps bring its numerous worlds and bosses to life.

Zone of the Enders HD Collection

Likely one of the final free PS Plus games for the PS3, Zone of the Enders HD Collection brings the first two Zone of the Enders games, and threw them together with trophy support, HD resolutions and more.

Sadly, the controls didn’t get a complete reworking, and so these third-person shooters remain a tricky recommendation, even if they were created by Hideo Kojima himself.

Amplitude

Find yourself pining for another music rhythm game to scratch that Guitar Hero or Rock Band itch? Amplitude may be one of the free PS Plus games for the PS3 in 2019, but it’s still a damn good one at that if you’ve still got the older system.

You’ll need to quickly switch between different twisting paths made up of different musical elements of the song that’s playing in order to ensure the right ones sound at the right time. The more notes you chain together without missing, the higher score you’ll get.

It’s simple but incredibly compelling and challenging to boot.

Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion

Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion is an action RPG available for both PlayStation Vita and PS4 as a free PS Plus game in 2019 thanks to cross-buy.

Players will travel through stunning hand-drawn lands as they explore and fight their way across a ravaged continent with the sole missions of taking back what the empire took from you.

Super Mutant Alien Assault

Super Mutant Alien Assault is another one of the free PS Plus games for the Vita, and brings classic arcade action to the small screen experience. Each level you take on is procedurally-generated and can be taken on solo or with a friend. It’s classic run ‘n’ gun action, perfect for those long commutes.
