2016 has been a strong year for gaming so far, and although we’re drawing closer to its end, there are still a lot of good games that have yet to be released. Forza Horizon 3 takes all of the intense arcade racing action and drops it in Australia for a map that's twice the size of Forza Horizon 2 and an experience that offers street and rally racing.
Yo-kai Watch 2 (3DS) - Sept. 30
Yo-Kai Watch may just look like another Pokemon clone, but its unique battle system and friendly ghosts aren't to be underestimated. These games are a blast, and North America is finally getting the second entry.
Mafia III (PS4/Xbox One/PC) - Oct. 7
Mafia III brings the series back, only this time you're in 1960's New Bordeaux, where hatred and tension are high and you have vengeance on your mind. Take control of Lincoln Clay as you build your own crime family and take over the streets.
Dishonored 2 (PS4/Xbox One/PC) - Oct. 11
Return to the kingdom that was saved with your own magic and blade. This time you'll be able to take control of Emily, who you may remember as the fair princess from the first game. She isn't so small and innocent anymore, which is perfect since the world has managed to grow even more dangerous.
Gears of War 4 (Xbox One/PC) - Oct. 11
Gears of War returns with a younger cast but the same badass, third-person shooting action that fans know and love.
Skylanders Imaginators (PS4/Xbox One/Wii U/ PS3/360) - Oct. 16
Skylanders Imaginators lets you create your own heroes as you mix and match parts to prepare for the challenges ahead.
Batman: Return to Arkham (PS4/Xbox One) - Oct. 18
The Batman Arkham series set the standard for modern superhero games. Fans will be able to revisit where it all began through this remaster on the PS4 and Xbox One.
Battlefield 1 (PS4/Xbox One/PC) - Oct. 21
In order to move forward, DICE has turned time back for Battlefield 1. Utilize trench warfare, horses, bayonets, and classic weapons as you play your part in the first Great War.
Civilization VI (PC) - Oct. 21
Think you have what it takes to build an empire and take over the world? Civilization VI will put that to the test with revamped gamplay, new features, new Civs, and some amazing visuals.
Dark Souls III: Ashes of Ariandel (PS4/Xbox One/PC) - Oct. 25
Just when you thought you were done surviving the cruel world of Dark Souls III, From Software has the first major expansion on the way. Ashes of Ariandel promises new weapons, new enemies, and a frozen world to explore.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 (PS4/Xbox One/PC) - Oct. 25
Join the Z-Fighters and defend the Dragon Ball timeline from threats once again. Part fighter, part RPG, part MMO-lite, this should be on the radar of any DBZ fan.

Venture to the beautiful new Alola region where you'll encounter new Pokemon, different takes of classic favorites, and some mysterious groups. The quest to be the very best returns later this year.

After a bunch of delays and what seemed like the epitome of development hell, the highly anticipated Final Fantasy XV will finally release this November. This entry will allow players to explore a beautiful world with their trusty companions while taking threats with a new twist on action combat.

Picking up right where the first game left off, Gravity Rush 2 will once again put players in control of the mysterious Kat as her friend Raven joins along for a new adventure.
