- Reach Fort Haight West.
You can do this by traveling east of First Step, the Site of Grace with White Faced Varré, passing the Dragon-Burnt Ruins, and coming up to the outskirts of the Mistwood. You could also teleport to the nearby Site of Grace if you grabbed it beforehand.
- Fight your way inside from the front (or behind).
You’ll encounter demi-humans trying to get inside the fort as Godrick soldiers push them back down a slope of wooden barricades. You can choose to fight your way up, eventually running into a Troll before getting inside. Another way is rushing up the hill, cutting left, and jumping over rocks to sneak around the perimeter to pick them off from behind.

- Face off against the Godrick Knight at the top.
