We’ve reached the final week six Resistance quest. We have taken care of recon cameras, credentials, and dead drops. Now it is time to complete the final quest. This time we are here to help with where to deploy Laser Target Designators in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2.
Where to Establish Device Uplink
Before getting to the main quest, however, we must first complete the opening objective of “Establish Device Uplink near Command Cavern, the Fortress, or Loot Lake.”
Here is the hologram audio log at the small island on Loot Lake. Once again, you find it right by this big rock.
Where to Deploy Laser Target Designators in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2
Upon touching the hologram audio log, the new objective will be “Set up laser target designators to help Looper’s focus fire.” Unlike usual quests, the spots for the laser target designators are spread between three locations. You will need to put up one at every shown location.
We’ll be starting from the objective spot, Command Cavern, but we will be showing off every location you need to visit so you can do this in any order you like.
The first spot is here on the hill overlooking the Command Cavern entrance and waterway tunnel:
Once placed, and deployed, this is what the laser designators will look like on the ground:
The second laser designator to deploy can be found south of the Fortress. For this one, you’ll need to be by the parked RVs. We broke the fence down so you can get a better idea of where it is by using the RVs as a landmark.
The final deployable laser designator will be found on this hill northeast of the water by this small brick building:
