So when you kick off the resonant splinter public event in The Witch Queen’s Throne World zone, you’ll quickly see what you need to do. Any gamer that has played a game in the last 30 years can spot this mission type a mile away: escort quest.
You’ll need to stand near the pyramid superweapon as it moves across the map, killing any Scorn that gets in your face.
To trigger the heroic resonant splinter public event, you’ll need to pay close attention to the ground after you kill powerful Scorn in the area. The Scorn will drop these orange glowing balls that you can pick up. You will need to throw the balls into the circular part of the pyramid superweapon that you’re escorting.
After you’ve thrown five balls into it before the public event ends, it will trigger the heroic version. It’s pretty simple to finish the event off once you’ve done all that. All you need to do is kill a few Scorn bosses before the time runs out. Easy peasy for a Guardian like yourself.
As always, you’ll get slightly better rewards for completing the event on heroic, and you’ll also get better progress on any bounties that you might have open from the Throne World.
