Deathloop is the latest from the folks at Arkane Studios, the people who brought you the classic action series, Dishonored. It’s a new project and series for them so some people might be wondering if they have changed up their policy at all on cheats. Are There Cheats in Deathloop? Answered
As it currently stands, there are no official cheats you can use in Deathloop, and this is unlikely to change.
Deathloop has a very unique gameplay loop of unlocking new areas, skills, weapons, and then going into the same areas but at different times of day and with different weapons to explore never before seen areas and approach missions with a completely different strategy in mind.
Cheats would have likely thrown that all off. On top of that, Deathloop can be played online with others so, obviously, that would present an unfair advantage to those using the cheat codes.
Never say never, perhaps Arkane Studios will introduce an offline-only mode that could accommodate for cheats, but we wouldn’t hold our breath.
