Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart: How to Upgrade Weapons

As you progress throughout Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart, you’ll naturally start to earn more of a resource known as Raritanium. To be exact, you’ll pick this up as a reward for exploring the world and beating tougher enemies.

Anyone who has played previous games in the series knows the drill with this resource, as you’ll still use it in order to upgrade your weapons in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart. To actually cash it in, all you have to do is head over to a Mrs. Zurkon.

Once you speak with her, you’ll be able to see all of the options you have at your disposal in the upgrade screen.

Unlocking Weapon Perks

It is important to note that while there are a lot of upgrades that can be unlocked from the get-go, there are also some things hidden behind unlocks.

For example: Weapon perks are locked behind leveling up weapons. That means you have to get to a certain point in leveling up your weapon before you’re able to unlock specific perks. Simply keep progressing through the game and investing Raritanium in the weapon to upgrade it and unlock said perks in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart.
