To start with, you’ll only have 10/12 slots in your inventory, or ‘bag.’ This can be frustrating, as the amount of tools, crops, ores, ingots, and other materials adds up very quickly. Fortunately, you can add two whole additional rows to your bag or inventory size in Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town.

Increasing Carry Capacity in Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town

To increase your inventory size or carry capacity in Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town, you need to get a bigger bag.

To do this, go to the Workers Tool Shop on the left-hand side of Olive Town itself. Head inside and speak to Clemens behind the counter right in front of you.

Select the ‘Upgrade Bag’ option and you’ll unlock an additional row in your inventory. The first upgrade costs 3,000G, and the second and final upgrade costs 15,000G.

Simply pay up that hard-earned cash and you’ll immediately have a bigger bag with a larger carry capacity. It may seem like a lot of money to sink on something so minor, but it certainly makes your farming life less stressful being able to shove more in your pockets!
