Where to Get Brown Creature Photos in Genshin Impact

There are a decent amount of brown creatures to choose from in the world, but it can be tough trying to remember what they are or where they’re located. Any of these choices will work for the event:

  • Boars
  • Frostboars (in Dragonspine)
  • Geo Slimes
  • Geovishaps
  • Geovishap Hatchlings
  • Primo Geovishap
  • Ruin Hunters
  • Ruin Guards

One of least dangerous (and easiest) brown creatures to photograph is the boar, as long as you don’t startle it by getting too close. A large group of them can be found here at Brightcrown Canyon, just to the northwest of the city of Mondstadt:

Just remember to keep a reasonable distance while using the Kamera’s zoom function to get the photo that you need.

That location also contains Geo Slimes, so even if you startle the boars, you can snap a picture of a Slime before it notices you.

If you’re having trouble getting the brown creature picture that you need, you can use Genshin Impact’s photo swap feature to get a photo from a friend.

Open the event screen, then select Photo Swap to see what colors your friends have. You can organize a trade by exchanging a photo that you don’t need for one that you want. With this method, you won’t have to go through the trouble of searching for a brown creature at all.

Once you’ve taken at least one picture of each color for your album, you can return to Ji Tong (the man who gave you the Kamera) in Liyue. He’ll have rewards waiting for you.

That’s everything you need to know about where to get Brown Creature Photos for Genshin Impact’s Five Flushes of Fortune event. If you’re looking for more tips on the game, be sure to check out our guide wiki.
