After receiving a call from a mysterious man, Marianne sets off to explore the Niwa complex in Poland. Upon entering the complex and making her way through the woods, she reaches the hotel, but as you might have guessed, the front doors are locked. As such, you’ll need to think outside of the box find another way inside. Here’s how to get into the hotel in The Medium, if you’re struggling to figure it out.
Getting Into the Hotel in The Medium
First off, you’ll notice that just to the right of the front entrance, there’s another door with some dumpsters inside. These are going to be your key to getting in, but if you walk over to the door you’ll find that that’s also locked, so we need to find a way to open that door first.
Turn around from the hotel and walk back down the ramps. Once you’ve reached the bottom of the ramp, you want to head left on your screen. We’ve put a big arrow showing the direction you need to head on the screenshot below.
You’ll eventually come across a red car parked up. Interact with the side of it and you’ll be able to look inside.
Pick up the postcard to unlock an achievement (if you haven’t picked one up already), and then push the button next to the steering wheel to pop the trunk. Look inside the trunk and you’ll find a screwdriver.
Now return back to the front of the hotel and open the door just to the right of the front entrance with the dumpsters inside. Interact with the dumpster closest to the front windows and push it out of the door.
Keep pushing it until you’ve pushed it right up to the ledge of the entrance to the hotel.
Climb on top of the dumpster and then from here onto the ledge to get through the broken window. You’re now inside the hotel in The Medium, ready to see what else Niwa has in store for you.
