Sharpness is basically something that you can improve that will significantly raise your stats the higher it becomes. The better a player’s stat is for it, the quicker they progress.

While this can improve while playing in matches, the main way to do it is via training and drills.

How to Improve Sharpness in FIFA 21

Select whatever player(s) you want to improve and add them to a drill. You can either control or simulate the drill, but just know that whatever the highest score you have scored before on the drill is the default result when simulating.

You can use simulating to your advantage once you get an A in drills, as it automatically sims to that high grade, allowing you to improve sharpness quickly and efficiently.

Keep in mind that Sharpness does lower a player’s fitness for the upcoming game. If you want them to be fully fit, you’ll want to train them when you don’t plan on starting them next game.

  1. Complete Training Sessions/Drills.

Improves sharpness but lowers fitness for games.

  2. Get Training Sessions/Drills to the highest possible score, then stimulate them.

Once you reach an A with any player, on any drill, you have the option to simulate training sessions for that drill at the highest level.

  3. Play in matches.

Sharpness improves in matches, but not as much as in drills.
