It’s another September and that means it’s time for the release of NBA 2K21. Bringing MyCareer, updated rosters, the MyTeam mode, and the Neighborhood, to boot. As such, you’re probably wondering just what the NBA 2K21 install size is. We’ve listed it for each and every platform conveniently for you down below.
What NBA 2K21’s Install Size Is
- PS4: 87GB
- Xbox One: 89GB
- PC: 110GB
- Switch: 6.7GB
The install size could change over the course of the year, with the release of post-launch updates and patches that could fix bugs, add new features, or update rosters making it bigger or smaller.
Chances are it won’t change that much, so as long as you’ve got the required space free when you install it, you shouldn’t have any issues keeping the game up-to-date.
In terms of how the game’s install size compares to other games, it’s pretty big. Anything around and over the 100GB mark tends to be considered a large game, particularly given some Xbox One and PS4 players only have a 500GB hard drive.
Of course, the Switch’s install size is much smaller given the lower graphical fidelity. NBA 2K21 is also releasing on Xbox Series X and PS5, but no details on the install size for these platforms has been shared at this early stage. When we know them, we’ll be sure to update this post and add them in.
That’s everything you need to know on the NBA 2K21 install size on all platforms. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to check out our guide wiki, search for Twinfinite, or browse through more of our coverage below.
