Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning does have a difficulty-based Trophy and Achievement, and getting it is pretty straight-forward.
Titled “Destiny Dominated,” the accolade is unlocked by beating the game on Hard mode, the game’s second-highest difficulty setting. There are no additional requirements like not dying at all or completing the game in a certain amount of time, so it’s far from an insurmountable task by all but the most die-hard fans of the game.
