Kingdoms of Amalur’s ‘Oh the Indignitaries’ is a side quest that players can accept and take on when they reach The Gardens of Ysa. How to Complete ‘Oh, the Indignitaries’ Side Quest in Kingdoms of Amalur
Squire Brio himself can be found just after the first bridge you cross on your way to Lyceum Grove. The first thing he’ll ask you to do is question the four NPCs to establish the correct order.
Before going any further, we advise saving your game. If you submit the incorrect order to Squire Brio, you’ll fail the ‘Oh, the Indignitaries’ side quest in Kingdoms of Amalur.

Warlord Whenery
Whenery will want to be at the very front, but also acknowledges that someone else will want that position. All she asks is that she’s not put behind Lord Gorrenet as he smells bad.
The Great Huntress Hartwen
The Great Huntress more or less tells you that she wants to be at the very front, or at least ahead of Whenery.
If you’ve got a high enough persuasion skill, she’ll also inform you that she doesn’t want the Viscount directly behind her as he’s leered at her in the past.
Viscount Setter the Allseer
The Viscount will say he doesn’t care about the order but would like to be behind Whenery as he enjoys watching her walk.
Using your persuasion option on the Viscount will also result in him telling you that Gorronet and Hartwen should be kept far apart from one another.
Grand Faemage Gorrenet
The Grand Faemage wants to be at the very front of the order due to his seniority. His lame leg means he cannot, though, so requests he goes at the back.
Therefore the correct order to tell Squire Brio and complete the side quest is:
- Great Huntress Hartwen
- Warlord Whenery
- Viscount Setter the Allseer
- Grand Faemage Gorrenet
