To start, you’ll need to have purchased the Season 10 Season Pass. The skin is currently only available as a bonus to those who purchased the pass, and it hasn’t been confirmed that there is any other way to obtain it as of season 11.
Once you have the pass, head to the Cryptarch. So long as you have purchased the season Pass, the skin should appear as claimable. You won’t have to spend any form of currency on it, and once you grab it it’ll be in your suite of exotic ghost shells forever. If you dismantle it, it will be in your collections to reclaim.
