The Love Source can only be obtained from the NPC Jer’ell in Colony 6. However, to get her to move to Colony 6, you’ll need to rebuild the area and get to Housing level 4. To do this, head to Colony 6 when you have the chance, and start collecting resources and money to help rebuild it.
You only need to focus on the Housing part of the restoration effort and once you get to level 4, talk to Jer’ell in Alcamoth and ask her to move to Colony 6.

In Colony 6, you’ll be able to find Jer’ell at the main street. Do note that your Affinity level with her needs to be at level 5 before she’ll hand over the Love Source. Simply complete all of her side quests to get there quickly and you’ll be able to get the collectables from her.
After that, you can gift the item to your party members for a huge boost in Affinity, allowing them to equip more skills in battle.
