Though Trials of Mana is fairly easy to get through in its early hours, you’ll eventually come to bosses and enemies who will readily grind you against the ground until there’s nothing left of your health bar. In these situations, you’ll want to make sure you know how to heal in Trials of Mana, which is why we’re here with a guide detailing how to do just that.
How to Heal in Trials of Mana
There are a few different methods for healing in Trials of Mana, and each comes with their own advantages and drawbacks.
On one hand, there are the two easiest methods for healing: Using items such as Candy, Chocolate and Honey Elixir or using healing spells.
Either can be done at any time, and while each has their limits – the items limited by how many you have and the spells by how much MP you have – they’re readily available by pressing up and down on the D-Pad to open their respective hotkey menus.
On the other hand, there are less frequently available methods like sleeping at an inn or interacting with a Golden save point. Both will replenish your health without forcing you to use up too much of your resources, but they’re also not as readily available compared to the first two methods.
If none of these options are on the table, then you can level up your character to fully restore your HP. While the most infrequent of the different methods for healing, this method can save you in a pinch so long as you time it right and save you valuable healing resources besides.
