FIFA 20‘s Team of the Season So Far promo begins on Friday, so excitement is building quickly, especially now that the beautiful card design has been revealed. A new player SBC has been released today too, this time focusing on FC Copenhagen’s Mohammed Daramy, who won the weekend’s #Stay&Play Cup on Twitch. As you’d expect from an FC Copenhagen card, he’s going to be hard to fit into a team. And, since he started FIFA 20 life as a 57 rated bronze card, his upgrades are a bit strange. He’s been given plus 13 pace, plus 35 shooting, and plus 27 dribbling, maybe making it the card with the biggest boost in FIFA history, which is cool.
He’s fast, his shooting is better than the face card stats suggests (90+ in positioning, finishing, and shot power), and he’s got 99 agility and balance. However, he’s let down by EA’s insistence on following the linear upgrade path.
Once his agility and balance max out, the upgrades for the whole dribbling category stop, leaving him with just 70 Reactions and 70 Composure, which immediately take him out of the top tier of players. The three-star weak foot and medium/medium work rates don’t help either. He might be good as a super sub, but he’s not a player to rely on in important games.
At 35k coins though, it’s decent value. Of course, 35k is more than a standard 87 rated card would be worth, so don’t just complete him to throw him in an SBC. Here are the Moments Daramy SBC requirements.

The best thing to do is to build a squad from one of the major leagues in FIFA 20. For 83 rated squads, it’s probably best to go for La Liga or Bundesliga.
The likes of Sommer, Burki, Havertz, Javi Martinez, Jerome Boateng, or Tah are good from the Bundesliga, and there are loads of players in La Liga that work, especially Spanish strikers like Diego Costa and Alvaro Morata.
Be sure to also use TOTW players from the active FIFA 20 squad when you need them in the Moments Daramy SBC, since they’ll stay cheaper by being actively packed.
