The best thing to do for both parts is to build a squad from one of the major leagues in FIFA 20. For 84 and 85 rated squads, it’s probably best to go for La Liga or Bundesliga.
The likes of Sommer, Burki, Havertz, Javi Martinez, Jerome Boateng, or Tah are good from the Bundesliga, and there are loads of players in La Liga that work, especially Spanish strikers like Diego Costa and Alvaro Morata.
However, I’d recommend you opt for as many 84 and 85 rated players as possible, avoiding the high rated cards. All 86 and higher players have become very expensive since the mid-Icon SBC was released a couple of weeks ago.
For the single Serie A player you need, use someone like Gianluigi Donnarumma, Lucas Leiva, or Gianluigi Buffon.
Be sure to also use TOTW players from the active FIFA 20 squad when you need them in the Moments Ramsey SBC, since they’ll stay cheaper by being actively packed.
