The best thing to do for all three parts is to build a squad from one of the major leagues in FIFA 20. For 84, 85 and 86 rated squads, it’s probably best to go for La Liga or Bundesliga.
The likes of Burki, Kramaric, Javi Martinez, Muller, or Hummels are good from the Bundesliga, and there are loads of players in La Liga that work, especially Spanish ones.
For the single Manchester United player you need in the Flashback Rooney SBC, someone like Anthony Martial, David De Gea, or Harry Maguire would be good options, depending on the rating you need.
For the England player, Dele Alli, Jordan Henderson, Jordan Pickford, or Harry Kane could work.
