To save your game, press the Options button (Esc on PC, Menu on Xbox One), and use the L1/ R1 (LB/ RB) buttons to go to the ‘Other’ tab.

Choose the ‘Return to Title’ option to quit the game. The game will then automatically save your game in One Punch Man as it returns you to the title screen.

It’s worth pointing out that One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody knows doesn’t include any sort of auto-save feature like in other games. That means that you’ll always want to use the ‘Return to Title’ option when you’re done playing on the game to ensure your progress is saved.
